About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute KHC’s long-term commercial strategy within QSR
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite customer stakeholders
- Lead annual joint business planning, customer negotiations, assortment decisions, promotional planning, and pricing strategies
- Expand distribution, improve product assortment, and accelerate category and market share growth
- Own annual sales, profit, market share, and customer-specific financial objectives
- Manage the customer P&L, investment decisions, T&E, and budget stewardship
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, consumer insights, and financial performance
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Category Management, Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Packaging, Legal, and Product Development
- Execute launches, promotions, merchandising programs, and supply chain initiatives
- Identify risks, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, results-oriented culture
- Lead through influence across cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive sales or commercial experience within CPG, including direct experience in retail or field sales
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers
- Strong understanding of retail execution, distribution, and go-to-market strategy
- P&L and budget management experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver executive-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and executional skills
- Effective business planning and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to travel up to 50%
