About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive overall sales performance of the CIS, Ukraine, and Israel region
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts
  • Lead, coach, develop, and performance-manage a regional sales team
  • Foster long-term partnerships and ensure sustained commercial results in line with LHW’s global philosophy and policy guidelines
  • Implement team-level sales plans and contribute to broader regional strategy
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and succession planning for the sales team
  • Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback and development opportunities
  • Serve as a resource and escalation point for team and client-related challenges
  • Drive sales plans aligned with organizational objectives and member hotel needs
  • Monitor sales metrics and business trends, adjust tactics, and optimize account coverage
  • Partner with global servicing, marketing, distribution, and member relations teams
  • Represent the organization and member hotels at industry events, meetings, and business reviews
  • Maintain and grow strategic client relationships and support key-account negotiations
  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, CRM updates, team resources, and budgets
  • Facilitate internal communications and contribute to improving sales processes, tools, and systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or related industries
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven knowledge of the CIS and Eastern Europe luxury travel landscape and its key stakeholders, with an established regional network
  • Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and foster long-term client relationships
  • Strong business acumen with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and global environment
  • Ability to travel as required – Russian passport holder required
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with ability to develop innovative, win-win solutions
  • Experience leading teams and managing shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence across cross-functional teams, client organizations, and senior leadership
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple workstreams and deliverables
