About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve tmp’s Talent Acquisition strategy in line with business priorities, People strategy, and future capability needs
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into thoughtful hiring strategies
- Provide commercial judgment on role scope, level, location, timing, talent availability, and business needs
- Advise on external talent-market conditions, candidate expectations, skill availability, and hiring trends
- Own and manage a portfolio of active roles across disciplines and levels
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake and role scoping through sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, selection, offers, and references
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound applications
- Partner with hiring managers, provide market feedback, maintain momentum, and adapt searches as needed
- Create a responsive, human, and authentic candidate experience
- Own onboarding as the final phase of recruitment and continually improve the onboarding framework
- Ensure new hires have the context, clarity, and connection needed to succeed
- Maintain early-employment touchpoints and use feedback to improve onboarding
- Build proactive pipelines for critical, recurring, and difficult-to-hire capabilities
- Shape tmp’s employer proposition and candidate messaging
- Partner with Marketing and People teams to strengthen employer brand
- Develop talent communities and relationships beyond individual vacancies
- Lead targeted talent initiatives such as referrals and internships
- Optimize the ATS and recruitment technology
- Apply AI and automation to sourcing, research, communications, and workflows
- Build recruitment reporting on hiring demand, pipeline health, progress, and challenges
- Use data and market insight to improve decision-making and recruitment processes
- Maintain recruitment governance, documentation, and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, including ownership of recruitment strategy and delivery for a business, region, or significant client group
- Deep full-cycle recruitment experience, including personally sourcing, assessing, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates
- Experience balancing multiple concurrent searches across different disciplines and levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop Talent Acquisition strategy while remaining highly hands-on in recruitment delivery
- Strong commercial and business acumen, connecting talent decisions to business performance
- Experience influencing senior leaders and advising on hiring and talent-market decisions
- Strong proactive sourcing and talent-mapping capability
- Experience using recruitment technology, automation, and emerging AI tools
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, candidate assessment, and recruitment analytics
- Ability to interpret talent market information and turn it into clear business recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience within a fast-paced professional services, agency, consulting, or similarly talent-dependent business preferred
- Global or multi-market recruitment experience beneficial but not essential
- Highly self-directed, able to independently manage varied searches
- Ability to prioritize clearly and communicate tradeoffs to leaders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
- Calm, resilient, and credible in a fast-moving environment
