About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and deliver organic and paid Social Media campaigns and projects across multiple platforms
- Engage with online communities and influencers
- Manage content in line with communication objectives
- Provide clients with in-depth reports and recommendations
- Create content with Media and client services teams to support new business
- Support the creation and selling of new Social Media propositions
- Produce Social Media plans from client and internal briefs
- Communicate daily with clients and internal client service teams to meet briefs and deadlines
- Participate in client meetings and lead presentations of Social Media propositions
- Run face-to-face and online Social Media workshops for clients
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid Social Media campaigns
- Approve creative and manage and schedule content
- Manage costs incurred and revenue generated from Social Media platforms
- Suggest and implement campaign improvements and optimisations
- Lead problem-solving for campaign issues and communicate recommendations internally
- Track, measure, analyse, and report campaign performance
- Share results, insights, and recommendations internally and with clients
- Stay current on Social Media trends, technology, and best practices
- Monitor, guide, delegate to, and review the work of junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience managing Social Media campaigns and projects within the B2B space, preferably agency side
- Strong platform knowledge and professional experience using LinkedIn
- Experience planning and implementing organic and paid Social Media campaigns
- Experience running LinkedIn paid campaigns, including planning, setup, optimisation, budget management, measurement, and KPI reporting
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Very good communication and project management skills
- Ability to present with confidence
- Ability to plan and prioritise multiple workstreams and escalate where necessary
- Calm and consistent under pressure
- Results oriented, with analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data
- Very experienced using Social Media tools
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Able to write compelling short-form copy
- Experience or exposure within other areas of Paid Media is a bonus
- Knowledge of Reddit and its advertising offer is desirable
