About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issue customer invoices from confirmed orders and coordinate handoff with Order Management
- Track deposits and balance payments against delivery milestones and chase overdue payments
- Record supplier bills and expense claims in QuickBooks
- Prepare payment runs for Director approval
- Maintain current bank reconciliations in QuickBooks
- Produce monthly finance snapshots covering AR ageing, AP outstanding, and cash position
- Manage TMC’s statutory compliance calendar and track deadlines through submission
- Prepare monthly CPF contributions for Director approval and submission
- Compile quarterly GST (F5) workings and supporting schedules
- Prepare corporate tax inputs, including ECI and Form C-S/C, with supporting documents
- Prepare year-end files for the external accountant and respond to queries
- Track and follow up on ACRA filings and other statutory submissions
- Maintain finance, vendor, contract, and document-control records
- Order office and operational consumables and track spending against budget
- Maintain a vehicle register and send reminders for servicing, road tax, insurance, and inspection renewals
- Track renewals for subscriptions, licences, leases, and service contracts
- Coordinate vendor requests for office and showroom maintenance
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or any related field
- More than 3 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, accounting, or a related finance role
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting highly preferred
- Average to excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online or other relevant accounting software
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and other productivity tools
- Experience with statutory compliance and general administrative functions
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
- Singapore statutory compliance knowledge, including CPF, GST, corporate tax, and ACRA filings
