About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Devise and execute innovative social media strategies that resonate with audiences and drive engagement and results
  • Work alongside strategy and creative teams to deliver best-in-class content and campaigns
  • Generate engaging content, including memes and TikTok videos, to spark conversations and build community
  • Schedule content across appropriate channels at optimal times
  • Craft captions and respond thoughtfully to community interactions
  • Curate and collaborate with influencers aligned with clients’ sectors
  • Monitor social trends and engage actively and authentically with audiences
  • Project-manage social asset production with the Creative team, within budget and on time
  • Monitor, analyse and report on social media impact, using data to guide future content decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven work experience within social media
  • Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to deliver creative content ideas
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
  • Expertise with social listening and community management tools, e.g. Brandwatch, Pulsar, Sprout, etc.
  • Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent writing and language skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and analytics skills
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Passion for social media and demonstrable knowledge of changing platforms, formats and trends
  • Confidence presenting innovative ideas connected to client business objectives and social communication goals
  • Interest in content production and awareness of digital channels across the full communications ecosystem
  • Positive, forward-thinking and organised, able to work to deadlines and grow within a fast-evolving social media landscape
