About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Global Security Team with network security design, audits, reviews, and remediation
Monitor, trend, and forecast global network performance and support capacity planning
Collaboratively design and implement global voice and data networks in a Cisco IP environment
Define network and IPT requirements
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and mentor the Global Network Operations Team
Implement diverse architecture solutions in the production environment using professional concepts and company policies/procedures
Lead development and implementation of proactive IP network monitoring and alerting tools
Support Mosaic’s global network tools and technologies in compliance with approved processes and strict change management procedures
Provide 24x7 production support
Document key network components
Design and support monitoring of internet and inbound/outbound data circuits
Adhere to selected best practices and defined security policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree required, major in Related Field
5+ years of Operations Management experience
5+ years of IT Infrastructure knowledge
5+ years of Cisco Network experience
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – Cisco preferred
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Cisco preferred
