About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and analyze technically complex financial and accounting routines, such as reconciliations, budget controls, and financial reports
  • Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of project or unit budgets
  • Prepare financial reports and technical analyses to support management and administrative decision-making
  • Support financial audits and compliance reviews by organizing and providing required information and documentation
  • Provide technical guidance to Financial Analysts I and II on the operational aspects of financial routines
  • Act in compliance with TNC’s Code of Conduct and internal procedures, maintaining technical accountability for the accuracy of financial information, deadlines, and adherence to accounting and institutional standards
  • Ensure the integrity, organization, and confidentiality of information under your responsibility, with data traceability and reliability
  • Contribute to a workplace based on trust, transparency, and the responsible use of financial resources
  • Travel as needed and in accordance with institutional guidelines
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, databases, and tools/forms for budget planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 4 years of experience in financial and accounting activities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel, and Power BI
  • Experience using financial and reporting systems
  • Completed bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact across different hierarchical levels
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Knowledge of report-update automation using tools such as Power Automate, Hyperion, and/or Office Connect is considered an advantage
