About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run disciplined B2B outreach to high-value nationwide and multi-market prospects
- Own the new-logo enterprise pipeline: source, pitch, negotiate, and close Health, Beauty & Wellness merchants
- Structure and negotiate pricing, margin, availability, and contract terms
- Research partner business models, consumer bases, competitive positions, and profit drivers
- Hand off closed deals to Merchant Success with aligned terms and strategy
- Present strategic proposals and insights to merchants
- Navigate Health, Beauty & Wellness service packages, appointment availability, multi-location pricing, redemption, and voucher methodologies
- Communicate industry trends and insights to Groupon leadership
- Use AI tools daily for prospecting, research, outreach drafting, automations, and agents
- Triage offer connectivity, tax, and reconciliation issues with other teams
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline stages, next steps, and follow-ups
- Deliver new enterprise logos, Gross Profit, GP%, close-rate, pipeline-conversion, and clean-handoff results
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in Health, Beauty & Wellness; SaaS, digital media, or a fast-moving marketplace also valuable
- Track record of hitting or beating New Revenue or Gross Profit and GP% targets
- Strong historical close rates on time-to-market-critical (TMC) deals
- Fluency in deal structuring, including margin and contract terms
- Familiarity with appointment booking/reservation platforms and connectivity APIs
- Ability to run the full sales cycle independently, from research and lead management through close
- Working AI fluency and daily use of AI tools for prospecting and deal preparation
- Ability to build automations and create agents
- Strategic thinking and presentation skills
