About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and refine content strategies, including formats, topics, schedules, and testing
  • Produce and distribute content on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Organize and keep production workflows and processes up to date, from topic planning through publication
  • Create and maintain visual standards
  • Produce static assets, videos, and other visual formats
  • Track metrics, analyze results, and generate performance reports
  • Monitor trends, timely topics, and relevant conversations across social media
  • Structure, document, and define strategies, standards, and processes for consistent, scalable content operations
  • Work directly with the person responsible for the personal brand and related companies/projects on content production and distribution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable following processes and guidelines
  • Genuine desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Experience with social media
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Illustrator)
  • Video editing experience (a plus)
  • Experience creating content for social media (a plus)
  • Graphic design experience (a plus)
  • Experience with audio and video recording (a plus)
  • Degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Design, Business Administration, or a related field, or proven practical experience in content production
  • Junior-level / early-career profile
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace, meeting high standards, and learning quickly
