About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR questions
  • Support the HR Manager with employee-related data and processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Handle offer generation, onboarding, annual review preparation, and offboarding
  • Liaise with payroll providers in four countries, insurance providers, and benefit providers
  • Track and ensure compliance for time off and absence management using PurelyHR
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Support performance reviews and additional functional and cross-functional projects
  • Maintain the organization chart
  • Manage the HR inbox and HR Operations questions
  • Review data and run reports related to HR and Recruiting KPIs
  • Draft onboarding plans and organize onboarding materials
  • Ensure documentation is available for payroll processing in Switzerland, the UK, the USA, and Germany
  • Coordinate new joiners’ first day, including IT onboarding
  • Ensure relevant onboarding check-ins take place
  • Support HR communications, including new joiner announcements, promotions, and employee anniversaries
  • Maintain people-related data in the events calendar
  • Update and develop the HR SharePoint site and maintain accurate contact lists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Authorization to work in the Philippines
  • Previous experience supporting employees in the US, UK and/or Europe
  • Desire to work part-time hours
  • At least 5 years of HR operations experience within a multinational company (ideally)
  • Motivated to learn and grow while implementing new procedures and processes
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to deliver high-quality and accurate outputs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Experience working in a Microsoft/SharePoint environment
  • Comfortable with new technologies
  • Strong listening and documentation skills
  • Empathy when considering employees' questions and requests
  • University degree or equivalent (ideally)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • German desirable
