About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies that build organisational capability
- Lead leadership development, graduate onboarding, job-specific skills, behavioural skills, regulatory training, and AI transformation initiatives
- Design and deliver leadership training for emerging, new, and experienced managers
- Oversee Team Leader Training covering coaching skills, performance management, communication, and employee engagement
- Coordinate the Graduate Academy and functional development pathways
- Coordinate mentorship, coaching, and buddy programmes
- Develop and deliver soft skills, cultural, induction, and onboarding programmes
- Oversee mandatory compliance training, track completion rates, and ensure audit readiness
- Partner with Sales leadership and department heads on job-specific skills and upskilling pathways
- Facilitate HRBP workshops
- Coordinate exams, assessments, sign-off procedures, training records, competency frameworks, and compliance documentation
- Lead AI readiness and digital learning transformation initiatives
- Build training on AI literacy, prompt engineering, digital fluency, and human-AI collaboration
- Evaluate programmes using learner feedback, data insights, KPIs, and capability metrics
- Partner with stakeholders and coordinate external training providers, consultants, and accreditation bodies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Professional certifications in L&D, coaching, or leadership development (e.g., CIPD, ATD, ILM) preferred
- Experience coordinating organisation-wide training programmes, academies, or leadership pipelines
- Experience with LMS/LXP platforms, digital content creation tools, and AI learning tools
