About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments
  • Prepare and ship customers' orders according to quality, packing and shipping standards
  • Implement loss prevention policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory movement including markdowns, transfers, consolidations, receiving and POS transactions
  • Support product placement and outfitting aligned with trends and brand messaging
  • Use POS, Mac and Google Suite applications
  • Manage product presentation, restocking, destocking and relocating items
  • Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Teach and assist team members with daily store functions
  • Participate in cycle and inventory counts
  • Perform other store functions as needed or directed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year of experience working in retail or customer service
  • Past success working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, early morning, or late-night shifts
  • Able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to use all store equipment and technology as required
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce preferred
