About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and support membership engagement initiatives across national and chapter-specific programming, awards, advocacy, education, partnerships, and marketing campaigns
- Develop copy for member-facing campaigns across email, web, app, and event platforms
- Partner with Chapter teams and internal stakeholders to gather inputs and shape messaging
- Manage public-facing membership pages and member-related content in the GRAMMY app and member portal
- Manage use of event and digital platforms, reviewing chapter event builds for brand and messaging alignment
- Ensure chapter events are integrated and surfaced on the Member Portal
- Develop reusable event templates and establish turnaround-time expectations for chapter event requests
- Coordinate execution across email, web, app, and event platforms as a quality-control checkpoint
- Support rollout and management of member community platforms such as Slack, including beta moderation
- Support post-event evaluation, reporting, stakeholder summaries, data analysis, and post-event communications
- Maintain advanced knowledge of the GRAMMY Awards calendar, criteria, and processes
- Develop scalable systems for member communications
- Ensure execution aligns with Member Experience standards, direction, and priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of digital marketing, event production/management, and customer service experience
- Experience or connections in music business, music production, or music education preferred
- Knowledge of event and marketing platforms such as Blackthorn, Swoogo, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable CRM platforms
- Strong copywriting and content development skills
- Understanding of brand voice, messaging consistency, and content standards
- Experience managing website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Experience executing campaigns across email, web, app, and event platforms
- Familiarity with community platforms such as Slack or Discord, including basic moderation and community engagement best practices preferred
- Ability to learn new digital systems quickly
- Cross-functional experience with marketing, creative, digital, and program teams
- Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics
- Proficiency in Zoom, Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
