About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the operational needs of the Central U.S. and Canadian sales regions
  • Process orders and maintain Salesforce data integrity throughout the sales process
  • Coordinate initial intake and onboarding of new customers
  • Gather required customer documentation and partner with Finance on customer establishment and credit requirements
  • Manage the operational lifecycle of deal registrations, including submission, tracking, resubmission, validation, and revenue-recognition reflection
  • Develop expertise in the company’s government contract vehicles and related processes
  • Maintain accurate and reliable data across Salesforce and related systems
  • Perform due diligence, identify missing or inconsistent information, and follow up with internal stakeholders
  • Serve as an operational partner to Sales, Finance, and other internal teams
  • Support sales operations without quota-carrying, quoting, renewals, or direct selling responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, sales support, or a similar operational role
  • Hands-on experience working within Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Experience within a VAR, technology reseller, IT solutions provider, or similar environment strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and process integrity
  • Strong follow-through and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, and other internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to learn unfamiliar processes and become a subject-matter resource
  • Experience supporting Canadian or other international entities is preferred
  • Public sector, government contracting, or contract vehicle experience is a plus
