• Own the long-form edit pipeline across the Roland Frasier and Ryan Deiss YouTube channels
• Turn raw camera files into publish-ready long-form videos with tight pacing, clean audio, deliberate B-roll, and strong structure
• Deliver 3–4 Roland Frasier videos and 3–4 Ryan Deiss videos per month
• Build the in-house editing workflow from scratch, including templates, asset organization, revision loops, feedback systems, and project archiving

• Manage project files, asset libraries, version control, and archives in Frame.io and Premiere
• Make independent creative decisions on cuts, pacing, and structure

• Pull YouTube Studio retention curves for published videos and adjust future edits based on audience drop-off
• Collaborate with the Senior Content Strategist, Ryan Deiss, and Roland Frasier on creative direction and feedback
