About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Audit clients, their businesses, competitors, categories, and surrounding macro cultural forces.
Track cultural and trend developments outside client work and share them with the team regularly.
Support active research projects, including timelines, briefs, fieldwork coordination, and synthesis of findings.
Organize research vendor relationships, scopes, schedules, and deliverables; serve as the day-to-day contact.
Build a repository of workshop exercises and strategy deck examples.
Create case studies from past strategy work for new business.
Develop, test, and document Claude Skills tailored to team workflows.
Learn how the agency works cross-functionally under a supervisor's general guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for Visa sponsorship.
It is expected that internship candidates have a High School Diploma/GED.
Must live near Columbus, OH.
Must be available to work part-time, 20–24 hours per week.
Must attend the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
