About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a foundational understanding of digital and traditional media channels
  • Build proficiency with MRI/Simmons, MediaRadar, and SimilarWeb
  • Support research, data pulls, media plan assembly, and competitive analyses
  • Learn media budget structures and plan development against client goals
  • Ensure accurate and timely media billing
  • Monitor emerging platforms, industry news, and consumer behavior shifts
  • Support strategic recommendations through audience insights, data, and research
  • Analyze data and provide troubleshooting and recommendations
  • Communicate with internal team members and summarize research findings
  • Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Build reliable working relationships with team members
  • Support cross-functional requests involving investment, analytics, creative, and client engagement
  • Develop vendor and media partner relationships under senior guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0-2 years equivalent work experience in a Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of media planning/buying disciplines (primarily digital, but traditional media knowledge is helpful)
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proactive problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn processes and systems quickly
  • Comfort working with budgets and numbers
  • Experience with third-party ad serving platforms is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
