About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end supply planning for finished goods in a fast-paced CPG environment
- Serve as the critical link between demand, inventory, and suppliers
- Ensure product availability
- Manage supply risk
- Optimize cost and service levels
- Lead supply planning and purchase/transfer order management
- Optimize inventory to prevent stockouts and excess
- Manage vendor performance and resolve supply issues
- Analyze forecasts, supply risks, and KPIs to drive improvements
- Develop planning tools, dashboards, and process enhancements
- Support cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of supply or production planning experience, preferably in a CPG environment
- Advanced Excel experience
- ERP/inventory systems experience
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
