Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in disability claims, disability benefits administration, insurance claims, or a related field
Experience analyzing and interpreting medical, occupational, and policy-related information to make benefit or claim decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation and managing claims
Successful completion of criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification
Must be bondable
