About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze operational processes to identify pain points, root causes, and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and producer experience
- Support business transformation initiatives by documenting workflows, gathering requirements, evaluating data quality, and recommending practical solutions
- Assist with developing and maintaining procedures, training materials, SharePoint content, and knowledge resources
- Use Microsoft 365, reporting tools, automation, and AI-enabled technologies to streamline processes
- Collaborate with Producer Services leaders and cross-functional partners on operational, compliance, compensation, data, and technology-related needs
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts
- Work under one manager while potentially collaborating with multiple teams in the division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be enrolled as a full-time student for the duration of the internship
- Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, and students pursuing advanced degrees are welcome to apply
- Sponsorship is not available for this internship opportunity
- Preferred majors in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous work experience and/or course of study
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience in AI tools preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback
- Must pass criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification
- Must be bondable
