About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, organize, and manage requests for proposals, RFPs, and RFIs of varying complexity, priority, and risk
Lead the proposal, RFP, and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Foster collaboration between different business units
Respond to questions about the company’s business and insurance products and services
Interact with sales, marketing, legal, underwriting, actuary, and other subject matter experts
Create accurate, customer-facing materials
Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent, required
3 - 5 years of related experience preparing proposals, RFP’s and RFI’s
Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel and Adobe highly preferred
Ability to lead proposal, RFP and RFI processes in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong leadership, organizational, issue resolution, interpersonal, and time management skills
Ability to collaborate with different business units
Must satisfy criminal background investigation and employment, education and licensing verification requirements
Must be bondable
