Key responsibilities & impact

  • Define and grow the discipline of change management across the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7–10 years of experience delivering end-to-end change management leveraging known/established methodologies
  • CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci, or ADKAR certification required
  • Consulting capabilities preferred
  • Agile and Lean experience preferred
  • Actuary experience preferred
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Ability to establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise
  • Ability to lead change strategy design and execution using structured methodologies
  • Criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification required as a condition of employment
  • Must be bondable
