About the role

Oversee AI agent operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience running operations in a lean small business
Experience managing a team and making performance-related personnel decisions
Experience owning or rebuilding a sales process
Ability to read a P&L and protect margins
Comfort with technology and systems thinking
Ability to work with a fast-moving, direct founder
Must live in the Phoenix Valley
Must be available in person for job sites and team meetings
Local presence is required and non-negotiable
