About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a team of approximately four Buyers
- Create and process purchase orders
- Clarify logistical matters
- Monitor the accurate and timely notification of goods deliveries
- Provide reports and analyses
- Conduct trend research and market analyses
- Coordinate projects and support strategy development
- Prepare samples, strategy packs, and presentations
- Request and coordinate samples
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial or business administration training, or professional experience in a comparable environment
- Strong communication skills at all organizational levels
- Customer-focused approach
- Interest in retail and fashion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English are required
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Existing authorization to work in the country where you are applying
