Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with Shrink and Crime Resolution gained within a fast-paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential
  • Ability to handle external theft situations professionally and safely
  • Self-driven, engaging, resilient and focused
  • Ability to work with store teams on investigations, analysis and feedback
  • Ability to educate store associates on Loss Prevention agenda and best practices
  • Ability to complete necessary technical training
