Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging and interacting with customers
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
Work across multiple store areas as needed to support business needs
Role-model customer experience practices with internal and external customers
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Maintain merchandising philosophy, procedures, and standards
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
Initiate and participate in store recovery
Maintain sales floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
Perform other duties as assigned
