About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
Support business needs by working in multiple store areas when cross-trained
Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and count change according to procedures
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
Participate in store recovery throughout the day
Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and entire store
Give and accept recognition and constructive feedback
Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
Perform other duties as assigned
