About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the ongoing development of the University of Salford CRM system
  • Work with operational and technical colleagues to understand requirements
  • Conduct hands-on configuration, customisation and extensions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Lead CRM configuration and customisation with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the design and development of D365 solutions for business requirements
  • Support new projects as part of the CRM roadmap
  • Analyse and investigate the impact of business requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems used
  • Help users feel confident using CRM as it develops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Study level: other qualifications at first-degree level (including professional)
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, customisation and extensions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience supporting configuration within Microsoft Power Platform
  • Ability to understand and analyse business requirements
  • Ability to investigate the impact of business requirements
  • Ability to work with operational, technical and relevant stakeholder groups
  • Up-to-date knowledge of systems used
