About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to The Launch and the wider Enterprise and Careers team
- Support the frontline professional service
- Respond to student and stakeholder enquiries through multiple channels
- Set up events on the Advantage system
- Schedule workshops, 1:1 mentoring and pitching panels
- Invite external stakeholders
- Create, edit and manage Launch Digital Programme content, membership and online events on Microsoft Teams
- Collect, store and analyse data from university systems
- Create presentations and promotional displays
- Prepare appropriate materials
- Work closely with the Incubation Manager, Enterprise Consultant and Advisor, Library and school stakeholders, and external organisations
Requirements
What you’ll need- O level/GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to provide adaptable and efficient administrative support
- Ability to respond promptly to student and stakeholder enquiries via telephone, email, social media and university systems
- Ability to set up and coordinate bookable events, workshops, 1:1 mentoring and pitching panels
- Ability to create, edit and manage content, membership and online events on Microsoft Teams
- Ability to collect, store and analyse data from university systems
- Ability to create presentations and promotional displays and prepare appropriate materials
- Availability for some evening and weekend working may be required
