About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyse data, processes and business requirements to identify improvement opportunities and define effective solutions
  • Work with Data Stewards, process leaders and stakeholders to improve data quality, governance, standards and reporting
  • Translate business requirements into effective system changes between users, Student Data & Systems and IT teams
  • Support system changes, configuration, UAT, defect management and second-line product support
  • Ensure solutions meet agreed requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and business improvement activity
  • Use evidence, analysis and collaboration to deliver sustainable change
  • Support the University’s student information, data and systems throughout the student lifecycle

  • Experience of data analysis
  • Experience of process improvement
  • Experience of business change
  • Experience of user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Experience of Student Information Systems, such as Ellucian Banner, is desirable
