About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and launch processes across paid media channels
  • Maintain campaign naming conventions, tracking standards, documentation, media calendars, promotional calendars, and execution timelines
  • Coordinate creative asset delivery and trafficking across platforms
  • Establish and enforce media operations best practices and quality control processes
  • Maintain media budgets and monitor pacing against monthly, quarterly, and annual investment plans
  • Track spend discrepancies and resolve budget issues
  • Partner with Finance on invoice reconciliation, accruals, and billing processes
  • Manage Google Merchant Center, including account health, diagnostics, policy compliance, and product disapprovals
  • Partner with ecommerce and merchandising teams to resolve feed and product data issues
  • Maintain feed taxonomy, product attributes, categorization, and data quality standards
  • Coordinate feed updates for promotions, inventory, pricing, and product launches
  • Partner with agencies, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure feed accuracy
  • Evaluate and implement feed enhancements for Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
  • Ensure data accuracy across media platforms, analytics tools, and reporting environments
  • Identify reporting discrepancies and coordinate resolution
  • Coordinate implementation and validation of pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, and event tracking
  • Manage platform access, permissions, and governance
  • Support new marketing technology testing, implementation, and adoption
  • Develop standard operating procedures and scalable workflows
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, implement solutions, and drive automation across reporting, budgeting, campaign management, and feed operations
  • Improve operational consistency across channels and partners
  • Report to the Director of Growth
  • Strengthen campaign accuracy, budget pacing, billing reconciliation, feed quality, and performance visibility
  • Support platform and technology onboarding, media efficiency, optimization speed, customer acquisition, cross-functional feedback loops, and repeatable internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Ecommerce, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in media operations, digital marketing, ecommerce marketing, or marketing operations
  • Experience with paid media platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
  • Experience managing Google Merchant Center and ecommerce product feeds
  • Experience with tracking methodologies, attribution, and digital analytics
  • Experience managing media budgets, forecasting, and billing reconciliation
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience in ecommerce or retail marketing
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor, or similar feed management tools
  • Preferred: Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Preferred: Understanding of conversion APIs and server-side tracking solutions
  • Preferred: Experience supporting Shopping, Performance Max, and feed-driven advertising programs
