About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee advanced ad product creative production from initial concept through release and execution
  • Ensure assets are ready for deployment through iterative feedback, comprehensive documentation, and training
  • Implement and maintain strategies to optimize and enhance creative production workflows, processes, and tools
  • Partner with advertisers and agencies to manage creative asset delivery, communicate requirements, and align on project timelines
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time
  • Maintain the Disney Advertising online media kit, including product descriptions, asset specifications, demo videos, and creative guidelines
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Design teams to ensure ad products meet industry regulations and internal standards
  • Track and report key performance metrics to guide product iterations and stakeholder updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years of experience in Creative, Operations, or similar roles assisting in product development and/or supporting the design and implementation of technical solutions
  • Experience working in advertising, streaming media, or similar technology-driven industries
  • Proven track record of successfully contributing to technology teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, product development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum), tools (Jira, Airtable, Google Office Suite), and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools including Generative AI, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
