About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate routine and complex administrative and clerical duties
- Independently manage day-to-day support for Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology executive leadership
- Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, complex communications, meeting materials, office supplies, presentations, and reporting
- Develop and document standards used across the DE&ET Executive Assistant team
- Support senior executives and provide backup support for other assistants
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, programs, events, registration, travel, logistics, accommodations, refreshments, and technology
- Handle inquiries and confidential matters, advise on office policies and procedures, and compose sensitive correspondence
- Collect and process data associated with visa applications
- Maintain office equipment and inventory
- Provide program and project support, including materials, timelines, tasks, calendars, and small project management
- Create and distribute reports, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three (3) years of relevant experience required
- Mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Mastery of administrative functions and processes
- Expert verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to work with confidential information while exercising sound judgment and decision-making
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
- High school diploma required
- College degree preferred
- Proven knowledge of enterprise Disney processes, structure, and practices preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP, COUPA, Airtable, Concur, Loop, and AI platforms preferred
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment interacting, partnering, and networking with executives in a fast-paced environment preferred
