About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined product area
  • Define and maintain product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics
  • Set planning and delivery standards across the Experience Access portfolio
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, UX, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders
  • Lead solution definition and delivery for complex features and workflows
  • Oversee product integrations, architectural considerations, and system dependencies
  • Guide development of cross-platform applications and system-to-system experiences
  • Use research, experimentation, and KPI analysis to inform prioritization and product decisions
  • Identify systemic issues and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and usability
  • Create personas, customer journeys, and value frameworks; lead advanced product-metrics analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering on technical strategy, solution testing, and implementation plans
  • Champion innovative digital technologies to unlock customer value
  • Lead innovation and excellence in a domain or technology area such as web, mobile, cloud, AI, or product ecosystems
  • Contribute to estimation and planning of complex, scalable projects, including budget considerations
  • Provide product recommendations based on emerging technologies and trends
  • Create and deliver presentations to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives
  • Own the content-delivery operating model, including intake, standards, quality, documentation, and enablement for onshore, near-shore, and managed-service partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience
  • Experience with multiple development methodologies, especially Scrum and Agile variants
  • Familiarity with complex content management systems, including content modeling, publishing workflows, and high-volume content delivery
  • Skilled in leading a product area end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
  • Strong competency evaluating trade-offs across user value, technical constraints, and business impact
  • Experience driving complex features, integrations, or cross-system solutions
  • Established depth in a domain or technology area that informs product direction
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading or directing contractors, agencies, or managed-service partners
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, with ability to influence at the executive level
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology and the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence
  • Experience using technology to drive insight and efficiency, including tools, workflows, agents, prompt design, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted product operations
  • Experience with Guest access, ticketing, entitlement, reservation, or queuing digital products
  • Experience with localization and multi-market content delivery
  • Familiarity with Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort park operations
  • Experience with iOS and Android release processes
