About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Product Managers focused on commercial and operational intelligence, process optimization, operational efficiencies, and new Guest-facing experiences
  • Manage, coach, and develop individual contributors
  • Drive alignment and delivery through cross-functional partners across the broader matrixed organization
  • Set individual goals, review performance, and build product management craft across the team
  • Own the roadmap for Emerging Technology's Commercial Intelligence efforts, spanning AI-driven Ecommerce and commercial optimization
  • Track AI, ML, CV, automation, and related technology trends to identify growth opportunities and validate technology fit
  • Oversee iterative product development from ideation and rapid experimentation through initial launch and handoff
  • Ensure epics, user stories, requirements, and success criteria meet a consistent standard
  • Represent initiatives in cross-functional and leadership forums
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering, design, delivery, and business partners
  • Establish KPIs and success criteria, use data to inform prioritization, and report outcomes to leadership
  • Prepare and deliver executive summaries, reviews, and risk/status updates for leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing and employee-facing products, digital-only and hybrid experiences, hardware and/or software delivery
  • Direct experience leading and developing teams or equivalent experience leading cross-functional product initiatives within a matrixed organization
  • Experience with iterative test-and-learn processes, POC development, and production-level delivery; familiarity with an R&D environment
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to back business cases and influence prioritization decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at an executive level
  • Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional, agile teams
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with strong personal initiative
  • Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams across multiple time zones
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and manage multiple concurrent priorities across Commercial Intelligence initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI and data-driven approaches within Ecommerce or operational efficiency, such as process automation and personalization
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical, senior stakeholders
  • Experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, Cursor, and Claude Cowork/Code
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
