About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the growth of the existing Merchandise on Demand business across multiple online marketplaces
  • Own the end-to-end process of uploading finished, approved designs to various sales channels
  • Interface with multiple support teams to manage and process the monthly roadmap
  • Ensure designs are uploaded to appropriate sales channels and meet retailer product-listing requirements
  • Identify and resolve item launch issues to support product availability
  • Create and maintain product tracking documents and merchandising tools
  • Pull weekly sales reports and prepare sales recap files
  • Compile monthly sales, earnings, and tax remittance reports for Accounting
  • Manage and track sample requests for photography, social media campaigns, and other initiatives
  • Maintain the Embargo & Anniversary Calendar
  • Participate in meetings, provide status updates, and support issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Provide back-end support as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in the E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Products industry
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn retailer-specific tools and portals
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coordinate others and lead a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • High motivation and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent
