About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a subject matter expert and lead analytical workflows including consensus modeling, peer benchmarking, and shareholder targeting
- Develop, review, and refine deliverables for quarterly earnings cycles
- Partner with FP&A, Controllership, and segment finance teams to synthesize complex financial and operational information
- Lead internal analyses and ad hoc projects, including executive- and Board-level presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with investors and sell-side analysts
- Support conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings
- Track and synthesize investment-community and competitive-landscape insights
- Collaborate with senior executives and segment leadership on earnings announcements, investor conferences, and Board meetings
- Develop speaking points, Q&A, and executive-level presentations
- Improve analytical processes, reporting, and communication tools for Investor Relations deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and understanding of equity markets, financial statements, and investor communications
- Experience supporting or leading investor relations, finance, equity research, or related functions, with exposure to earnings processes, investor meetings, or analyst engagement
- 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, investment banking, or related disciplines
- Exceptional project management skills and experience independently leading complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- High standard for accuracy, polish, disciplined self-review, and attention to detail
- Proactive, strategic problem-solving and ability to propose practical, data-driven solutions
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and ability to build partnerships across corporate and segment functions
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor’s Degree + in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Experience in media, entertainment, or related industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with market data or investor CRM tools is a plus
