About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key products within the Content Intelligence portfolio
- Drive long-term product vision and roadmap based on business goals
- Communicate product vision and narrative to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze complex operational workflows and processes
- Translate stakeholder requests and business needs into product specifications
- Partner with Engineering, QA, Program Management/Scrum Masters, and peer product teams in an Agile framework
- Facilitate product reviews and draft user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support high-quality, on-time releases
- Coach and mentor peer or junior Product Managers
- Improve internal and cross-team processes to optimize delivery
- Align cross-team priorities and collaborate on complex, multi-team initiatives
- Define and measure product impact using OKRs and KPIs
- Research and propose feature ideas, solutions, and proof of concepts
- Develop understanding of application technologies, architectures, and data flows
- Partner with business units and internal client groups to drive user adoption in production and operational workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record managing complex platform products, enterprise systems, or digital workflows
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX Design, and Program Management
- Strong technical baseline with understanding of backend architectures, APIs, data flows, and modern development frameworks
- Ability to conduct workflow analyses and translate ambiguous business needs into product specifications and user stories
- Ability to prioritize backlogs based on business value and ROI
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience using data storytelling and negotiating stakeholder alignment
- Experience setting, tracking, and measuring product success through KPIs and OKRs
- Experience providing informal guidance, coaching, or mentorship
- Practical experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- High degree of autonomy and ability to adapt as strategies and priorities shift
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent practical experience
