Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or outbound prospecting role
  • Experience selling into or working within financial services or banking
  • Confidence engaging senior executives and navigating complex organizations
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and critical-thinking skills
  • Resilience, consistency and comfort with outbound business development
  • A self-directed approach with the ability to contribute within a collaborative team
  • Must be Canadian based and residing in either the Eastern or Atlantic time zone
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a permanent basis without requiring employer support for a work permit or immigration application
