About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support client liaison
Manage and act as point of contact for English (US), Mexican Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese output
Plan editorial content, perform quality control, and approve content
Schedule and line-manage junior team members
Report feedback and ideas to the senior team
Monitor online trends and sports stories in relevant regions
Create content inspired by social media and adapted to app functionality
Collaborate with other language teams
Represent the EA FC universe creatively in the app
Liaise between Whisper and EA Sports to ensure content is on trend, timely, and within budget
Develop team creativity and guide Assistant Producers, Editors, and Graphic Designers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of managing teams producing high-volume, impactful content
Passion and deep knowledge of European and world football
Experience executing and evolving digital and social content
History of leading digital projects while maintaining high-volume output
Experience creating viral content for YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok
Experience creating content plans for social platforms and apps
Mastery in digital storytelling across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Experience across every stage of production, from ideation to filming to editing
Excellent communication and written skills
Good attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong team ethic and ability to prioritise workloads in a pressurised environment
Ability to work effectively with others and independently
Fluency in one or more of: English (US), Mexican Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese
Must be available to work in Orlando, Florida
