About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside Operations Managers, Team Leads, Mentors, Employment Pathways and wider colleagues to build quality into everyday delivery
  • Develop proportionate quality-assurance approaches using case reviews, observations, data, feedback and conversations
  • Identify quality issues early and work with operational colleagues to improve them
  • Strengthen consistent Relational Mentoring practice through reflective practice and shared learning
  • Understand participant experience and ensure participant feedback results in action
  • Connect performance data, participant experience, frontline intelligence, employer feedback and locality insight
  • Analyse patterns across engagement, matching, job starts, sustainment, progression, employer experience and quality
  • Drive continuous improvement by testing changes, understanding impact and embedding effective approaches
  • Support innovation involving technology, different approaches and partnership working
  • Work with Administration, Finance and operational colleagues on case records, performance evidence, processes, audit and assurance
  • Create and share enterprise learning across the Wise Group
  • Use evidence of impact to strengthen relationships, influence service design and contribute to future opportunity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience within quality improvement, service improvement, continuous improvement or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of person-centred delivery
  • Confidence working alongside operational teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to combine quantitative data with lived experience and frontline insight
  • Curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
  • Confidence asking difficult but constructive questions
  • Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills
  • Ability to turn learning into practical action
  • Understanding of evidence, assurance and audit requirements
  • Ability to turn learning into evidence and evidence into improvement
  • Interest in innovation and finding better ways to work
