Key responsibilities & impact

Assist clients one-to-one inside their homes
Provide personal care including dressing, bathing, grooming, and assistance with meals
Perform light housekeeping, basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop
Provide companionship through games, puzzles, and other social and emotional support activities
Participate in on-the-spot interviews during the virtual hiring event

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
HCA Registration with the State of California, including meeting state background requirements; registration can be obtained upon hire
Valid driver’s license
Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must comply with state background screening requirements
Timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification as a condition of employment
Must not have a non-exemptible criminal conviction under applicable laws
