  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities and growth objectives

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree with 6+ years of progressive HR experience, or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field preferred
  • PHR, SPHR or equivalent professional HR certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR business partner supporting senior and executive leadership
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, change management and talent initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into actionable people solutions
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing talent management, succession and leadership development strategies
  • Ability to influence and drive results across global, cross-functional and matrixed organizations
  • Strong coaching and consultation skills advising leaders at multiple levels
  • Excellent communication, presentation and executive-influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills using workforce insights to inform decisions
  • Experience with HR technology, analytics and process improvement
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures and perspectives while managing multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require
