About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure operational success of home visits on assigned clinical projects
  • Manage supply readiness for home care visits
  • Coordinate internal efforts for healthcare professionals' onboarding and training
  • Facilitate access to technology platforms needed for protocol visits
  • Evaluate healthcare professionals' qualifications, licensure, and CVs for Project Manager review
  • Participate in recertification and new-regulation training
  • Represent the department at internal and external meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives
  • Mentor, guide, and support junior team members
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Act as liaison between clinical sites, healthcare professionals, and vendors
  • Serve as clinical site contact for questions, concerns, and escalations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • 2+ years of previous relevant experience
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong command of the English language and grammar
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with moderate guidance
  • Solid relationship building with 3rd party management
  • Ability to provide high-standard customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to perform variable tasks under changing conditions and demands
