About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee implementation and execution of home visits according to clinical trial protocols
  • Collaborate with clients, internal departments, and external vendors
  • Develop study-specific plans, training materials, and project timelines
  • Coordinate internal teams and provide recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
  • Evaluate healthcare professionals' qualifications, licensure, and CVs for project involvement
  • Participate in recertification and new-regulation training
  • Represent the department at internal and external meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives
  • Mentor, guide, and support junior team members
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure remote study activities conducted by healthcare professionals comply with local regulations and laws
  • Participate in bidding and bid defense opportunities
  • Serve as client and project team contact for questions, concerns, and escalations
  • Administer and execute policies, processes, and procedures affecting subordinate employees and unit workflow

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • 5+ years of previous experience, or comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Equivalency through a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective leadership and team-building skills
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance and in a team environment
  • Client-building and third-party relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service
  • Ability to multitask and handle variable tasks
  • Knowledge of clinical trials, deliverables, timelines, and remote protocol visits
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally occasionally
