- Use HR analytics, business insights and external market trends to identify opportunities and shape talent strategies

- Advise and coach senior leaders on complex organizational and people matters

- Lead organizational design, development and culture initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology or a related field required
- PHR/SPHR or other professional HR certification is desirable
- 8+ years of progressive, comprehensive HR experience within a global organization
- Significant HR business partnering experience, including advising and coaching executive leadership
- Demonstrated success leading business transformation, organizational change and talent initiatives
- Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced, globally matrixed and diverse environment
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Practical Process Improvement is preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategy to business priorities and outcomes
- Broad expertise across talent management, performance, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and total rewards
- Demonstrated success leading organizational design and change management initiatives
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Thorough understanding of U.S. labor and employment law; exposure to EMEA and APAC employment practices is preferred
- Exceptional consulting, influencing, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence effectively across all levels of a complex organization
- Strong project and priority management skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- High degree of judgment, discretion, confidentiality and emotional intelligence
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25–30%, as needed
