About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Dispense solid culture media according to defined procedures.
- Package products using correct quantities and materials.
- Apply accurate, clear, and correct product labels.
- Check product appearance and packaging quality during operation.
- Complete basic production records and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain working-area cleanliness and follow 5S requirements.
- Follow EHS guidelines and properly use PPE.
- Report abnormalities or issues to the supervisor.
- Work cooperatively with team members to complete daily tasks.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school or technical secondary school education or above.
- Experience in production, packaging, or labeling is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SOP and ability to follow instructions.
- Careful and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
