About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead marketing support for the U.S. go-to-market strategy for the allergy product portfolio
  • Drive product expansion, adoption, utilization, pull-through, and cross-channel integration
  • Lead launch and development of new allergy products, including pre-registration, FDA-cleared product internalization, operations support, go-to-market planning, sales deployment, and marketing activities
  • Use market insights, customer needs, competitive intelligence, and testing trends to identify portfolio growth opportunities
  • Develop product positioning, segmentation, and differentiation strategies
  • Build understanding of the allergy testing landscape and stakeholder needs
  • Serve as product expert and point person for sales, sales training, leadership, clinical and scientific affairs, operations, national accounts, and cross-functional partners
  • Track critical market metrics and communicate strategic decisions, opportunities, and initiatives to leadership
  • Support sales enablement activities for the allergy portfolio
  • Combine market data, voice-of-customer insights, and field intelligence to shape sales resources and direction
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives using target analysis, segmentation, opportunity identification, competitive positioning, and sales-platform distribution
  • Translate product, clinical, and market insights into value propositions, messaging, and sales tools
  • Conceptualize and implement digital initiatives and campaigns for allergy products
  • Lead cross-functional teams and project-manage marketing initiatives with agencies, content creators, marketing technology, digital teams, and clinical and scientific affairs
  • Develop integrated marketing programs for healthcare providers and laboratorians
  • Build product marketing strategies spanning digital marketing, campaigns, conferences, email marketing, webinars, live events, and non-traditional channels
  • Evaluate campaign and program performance and optimize marketing investments and commercial impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferred education in business, marketing, or science
  • Successful track record in marketing, product management, business development, or similar roles
  • Experience with multi-channel market-based campaigns, including messaging, programs, and tactics to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, medical device, sales, pharmaceutical, or similar environments
  • Ability to facilitate market research and analyze market segments, customer needs, market trends, growth rates, competitive dynamics, business trends, and expansion opportunities
  • Strong project and task management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to understand, influence, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations
  • Ability to analyze and report on effectiveness through defined metrics and dashboards
  • Effective problem-solving and analytic ability
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to support and work in a virtual work environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% domestically, including occasional weekends and international travel
  • Must be able to travel by car, airplane, and other forms of transportation
