About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide tactical support for client-facing projects
- Oversee and coordinate receipt, log-in, and workflow management of samples and standards for laboratory analysis
- Monitor client-facing and internal project progress and provide timely status updates
- Manage client interactions related to sample and standard processes
- Support the client relationship manager with daily progress updates, timeline management, and risk identification and escalation
- Act as primary coordinator for receipt and log-in of samples and standards
- Manage shipment requests
- Manage sample and standard workflows, including check-outs, shipping, relog, and disposal activities
- Initiate project setup processes
- Manage reagent documents, including Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets
- Coordinate and track internal lab-based projects, including facility audits and incident reports
- Attend internal meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0+ years), or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with challenging/conflicting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications, including Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience identifying and resolving conflicts in a professional environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with client information and data
- Ability to attain, maintain, and apply knowledge of applicable procedural documents
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work well with others
- Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback
- Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups
- Ability to work upright and stationary and/or stand for typical working hours
